Vinay Gupta

Vinay Gupta is a technologist and policy analyst with a particular interest in how specific technologies can close or create new avenues for decision makers. This interest has taken him through cryptography, energy policy, defence, security, resilience and disaster management arenas.

He is the founder of Hexayurt.Capital, a fund that invests in creating the Internet of Agreements. Mattereum is the first Internet of Agreements infrastructure project, bringing legally enforceable smart contracts; and enabling the sale, lease, and transfer of physical property and legal rights.

He is known for his work on the hexayurt, a public domain disaster relief shelter that was designed to be built from commonly available materials, and with Ethereum, a distributed network designed to handle smart contracts.

Bruce Jeong

An expert on the SMART CRYPTO CITY with Blockchain. He is a specialist on the OTC trading and Custody Service as well as the Korean representative of IDACB.Bruce holds a Crypto Accelerator Fund with ICO/IEO/STO/ICCO and writes in Coinmagazine and the Cryto Press. He is also the Chief Board Advisor and Virtual Crypto Partner in EUCC in Europe while also being the Chief Executive Board Member of Asia Blockchain Industry Association. Finally, Bruce is a Global Partner of BD Lawfirm in VN and the Deputy CEO of Fundshing.

CEO of Humaniq, founder and CEO of Ztudium has a Master’s degree in new media. His background is in international business, marketing, communication and web design. He has worked with many diverse organisations from start-ups, to Fortune 500 companies and small and medium enterprises, governments and international organisations such as the United Nations. He applies his vast knowledge and experience of running global management teams to setting new directions for businesses in a technologically fast-moving world.

Eric Van der Kleij

A technology entrepreneur and CEO of C4DR Ltd, an international hub focussed on the 4th Industrial Revolution. He recently became Chair of distributed vault business He is Chairman of the Advisory Group and Adviser on Fintech and Blockchain for The UK Government’s (DIT) Global Entrepreneur Programme. Eric is Special Adviser to the FinTech stream of the Zurich based Kickstart Accelerator. Prior to this he created and led Level39, Europe’s largest hubs for Fintech & Smart Cities technology companies based on the entire 39th, 42nd and 24th floors at Canary Wharf’s One Canada Square. Previously he was the first CEO of the UK Government’s Tech City Investment Organisation, tasked by the Prime Minister with boosting investment, entrepreneurship and skills in the “Silicon Roundabout” area of East London. He was also the co-founder of FinTech company Adeptra (raised $40M – sold 2012 to NYSE FICO)
